During my Everest base camp trek, I reached the highest point I've ever been, 5600m, to get the best possible view of the Everest.

Here is one typical nepalese meal, the momos. I love them ! So at a nice guesthouse during my Everest trek (in Pangboche), I learned how to cook them.
They can be vegetarian or not, and you can vary them in an infinite number of versions.
